About the Recipe

One of the easiest and most popular sweets here at home is the Carrot Cake. It is fast and simple to do and very tasty! If you want to innovate, at the end, after you mix everything, you can add chocolate chips, some nuts or something you wish and delight yourself with one or more slices of it.

Ingredients

4 carrots

4 eggs

1 cup of tea of oil

2 cups of tea of sugar

3 cups of tea of flour

1 tablespoon of yeast


Preparation




Step 1

First of all, so you don’t forget and save time, preheat the oven at 180ºC and grease the pan well so that the cake comes out perfectly. I used butter and flour but you can also put in vegetal paper, but this way the cake will not come out with the perfect shape.


Step 2

Now you can start the mixture by preparing the main ingredient. In other words, start by grating the carrots.


Step 3

After that start by mixing the sugar and the eggs until you get a creamy mixture.


Step 4

Then you can add the carrots and the oil.


Step 5

And finally the flour and the yeast until all of the ingredients are incorporated together perfectly. The mixture is done!


Step 6

Now put it in the pan and place it in the center of the oven for 40 minutes.


Step 7

The cake is ready! Choose your topping or serve it plain.


In the future I’ll show the different coverages I use for my cakes, however, I usually prefer them simple.
