About the Recipe
I don't know if you're a fan of ginger or cinnamon, but with honey these flavors are the perfect combination! I hope you're literally prepared to get your hands dirty because the process of making these cookies requires using them. Don't forget to choose your favorite shapes and have fun!

Ingredients
200 g of brown sugarÂ
100 g of butterÂ
400 g unbleached flourÂ
2 eggsÂ
1 teaspoon of baking sodaÂ
2 teaspoons of powdered gingerÂ
1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamonÂ
4 teaspoons of honey
Preparation
Step 1Â
In the first container, mix 350 g of flour with bicarbonate, cinnamon and ginger.Â
Step 2Â
In the second beat the two eggs.Â
Step 3Â
In the third, low heat the brown sugar with the butter and honey, mixing well without letting it boil.Â
Step 4Â
When the butter is well melted and the sugar and honey are well mixed, pour the syrup into the container with the eggs, stirring constantly.Â
Step 5Â
Then just add the ingredients from the first container, wash your hands very well, roll up your sleeves and knead.Â
Step 6Â
If the dough is still too wet and sticky, add the 50 g of flour until the dough comes away from your hands.Â
Step 7Â
Before we forget, preheat the oven to 180ºC.Â
Step 8Â
Now the fun part! We start by making several balls with the dough to divide it into different parts and make it easier to work with.Â
Step 9Â
Then we sprinkle the surface on which we are going to work with flour and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin.Â
Step 10
Now with the help of molds or a knife give your cookies the shape you want.Â
Step 11Â
Finally, place the cookies on a tray and let them bake for 8 to 10 minutes.Â
Step 12Â
When finished, remove and let them cool for a few minutes. I chose to leave mine simple but if you want you can decorate yours!
Enjoy your Ginger Cookies!.
Stay tuned and try to create new flavors.
